Walking back to the shop to swap out my headlights. They didn't mind they were projectors but the fact that they're HID is a problem. (Would just swap out the bulbs but they're h1 or h3 and my car takes 900x and the HID system is the adapter). Also my foglights are HID. Also I painted a cutoff on the fog lights because they're HID.

Glad I put my old headlights and tools in the trunk this morning in case this happened.

Putting HIDs in regular housings is a good way to piss off everyone else on the road by blinding the crap out of them.

As Moog said, HID's also stand for "Hello I'm a Douchebag" if they aren't aimed properly.

I agree. Thats why I retrofit mine to projectors with proper cutoffs and aiming. It's just because the vehicle didn't come with HID to begin with that they wouldnt pass it. EG: because people put HID into reflectors

Reflectors + HID is horrible. Thats why I have projectors retrofitted into mine with a cutoff.
